General Manager, Business Process Outsourcing

The General Manager will be responsible for launching, shaping, and scaling a world-class Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operation. This isn’t about maintaining legacy systems or running a help desk. It’s about designing a full-stack service company from operations and delivery to clients and revenue.

We are not interested in people who want to “run programs.” We’re hiring a commercially minded entrepreneur who:

• Knows what it means to own outcomes
• Can think in P&L terms, not just activities
• Builds lean teams that move fast and delivers excellently
• Makes strategic bets and backs them with execution
• Understands what it means to carry risk and does it anyway
• Can turn ambiguity into traction
• Has the ambition to lead something serious, not symbolic
• You’ll be supported, you will be monitored but you won’t be micromanaged.

• First degree in any discipline
• MBA or advanced degree preferred, especially focusing on Strategy, Innovation, or Education

Leadership

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven experience leading commercial strategy
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue accountability
• Experience working with boards, investors, or senior governance bodies
